7-9-28. South Dakota association of county officials register of deeds modernization and preservation relief fund.There is hereby established a South Dakota association of county officials register of deeds modernization and preservation relief fund to be administered by the South Dakota Association of County Officials. Distributions, including the cost to administer the fund, shall be approved by the executive board of the association of county officials. Source: SL 2012, ch 51, §11.
