County reimbursement of expenses on official business.Reimbursement by counties for all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by county law enforcement personnel while on official business shall be made, including mileage reimbursement for such personnel for whom motor vehicles are not furnished; such reimbursement may not be impaired by §§7-12-12 and 7-12-13.
