7-18A-33. Degree of proof when jail sentence authorized.In the prosecution for the violation of any county ordinance which authorizes a penalty of a jail sentence, the county shall prove the defendant guilty of the violation of the ordinance beyond a reasonable doubt. Source: SL 1975, ch 82, §3.
