7-30-5. Payment of annual rental--Execution of lease.If the highest offer for any tract of land payable in cash is satisfactory, the bidder shall immediately pay to the county treasurer the amount specified as the annual rental for the tract. The treasurer shall give the bidder a receipt and shall keep a copy on file in the office. The county auditor shall prepare a lease for the tract in duplicate to be signed by the county auditor and the lessee.
