Appeal from county commissioners to circuit court.Any person aggrieved by any decision of the board of county commissioners upon matters pertaining to §§7-31-1 to 7-31-34, inclusive, shall have the right to appeal to the circuit court, and the procedure of such appeal shall be the same as now provided for by law for appeals from decisions of boards of county commissioners.
