8-6-7. Filing annual fiscal report.The township clerk shall file the annual fiscal report of the township with the county auditor pursuant to §6-9-1 by the last day of March of the year immediately following the close of the township's fiscal year. Source: SL 1993, ch 69, §3; SL 2014, ch 48, §10.
