Purchase, lease, or lease purchase of equipment--Approval of voters.No township board of supervisors may purchase, lease, or lease purchase any road grader or any other machine or tool, the cost of which exceeds fifteen thousand dollars, without the approval of the voters of such township in the manner provided by law.
