Section 1-1-101 - Composition of commission - Vacancies

(a) There is created a Tennessee code commission of five (5) members composed of the chief justice of the supreme court, the attorney general and reporter, a director of the office of legal services for the general assembly, and two (2) other members appointed by the chief justice.(b) In the event of a vacancy for any cause in the appointed membership, the vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the chief justice.Amended by 2016 Tenn.
