Section 1-1-114 - Recommendations for statutory changes

The commission may prepare and submit to succeeding sessions of the general assembly its recommendations for the revision in substance and form or the repeal or amendment of certain statutes or any portion thereof, and submit bills for the accomplishment of such proposed revision, repeal or amendment.Acts 1953, ch. 80, § 4; T.C.A.
