Section 1-2-102 - Preservation of enrolled draft

The enrolled draft of the official Tennessee Code shall, upon the approval of this statute by the governor, be deposited in the office of the secretary of state, and shall be carefully preserved by that officer as the official code of this state, adopted and declared to be such.Code 1932, § 27; modified; T.C.A.
