Section 1-2-113 - Limitations applicable

Causes of action accruing before January 1, 1956, shall not be affected by any different limitations provided in the code, but shall be subject to existing limitations. If the limitation is uncertain, the longest time prescribed for the commencement of an action in any form for such cause shall be allowed.Code 1858, § 47; Shan., § 59a5; mod.
