Section 10-3-110 - Title to property acquired - Use of proceeds from activities

The title to all property acquired by a library board operating under this chapter shall be taken in the name of the county or city for the use and benefit of the public library, and the proceeds from all activities conducted by the library board or from any disposition of its assets shall be taken in the name of the county or city for the use and benefit of the public library.Amended by 2017 Tenn.
