Section 10-7-107 - Omission of probate or acknowledgment

When the register as transcriber finds any instrument on the original books registered without the probate or acknowledgment, the register shall leave, in the transcript made by the register, sufficient room to record the probate or acknowledgment of the instrument.Code 1858, § 2101 (deriv.
