Section 10-7-501 - Reproduction of state records on film

The head of any department, commission, board, or agency of the state government may cause any or all records kept by such head or it to be photographed, microphotographed or reproduced on film; provided, that the microfilm project has been evaluated and approved by the division of records management of the department of state. Such photographic film shall comply with the minimum standards of quality approved for permanent photographic records by the national bureau of standards, and the device used to reproduce such records on film shall be one which accurately reproduces the original thereof in all details.Amended by 2013 Tenn.
