(a) Whoever violates, fails, neglects or refuses to obey any provision of this chapter, or regulation or order of the commissioner may be compelled to comply with or obey the same by injunction, mandamus, or other appropriate remedy.(b) Whoever violates, fails, neglects, or refuses to obey any of this chapter or regulation or order of the commissioner may be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each day of such violation.Acts 1971, ch. 103, § 20; T.C.A., § 11-1620.
