Section 11-24-107 - Bonds - Issuance authorized for recreational purposes

The governing body of any municipality may, pursuant to law, provide that the bonds of such municipality may be issued in the manner provided by law for the issuance of bonds for other purposes, for the purpose of acquiring lands or buildings for playgrounds, recreation centers and other recreational purposes, and for the equipment for such items.Acts 1937, ch. 307, § 7; C.
