Section 11-3-104 - Cooperation for park purposes

The state, counties, municipalities, and all political subdivisions of Tennessee are empowered to cooperate with each other, and with other states, and with the United States government, or any agency thereof, in planning, establishing, improving, or maintaining any park or other recreational area or monument.Acts 1937, ch. 266, § 4; C.
