Section 11-3-109 - Execution of deed - Approval

(a) Upon receipt of such authorization and terms and conditions from the national park service, the commissioner of environment and conservation is hereby authorized to execute a deed on behalf of the state of Tennessee, transferring and conveying whatever interest the state of Tennessee might have in the tract of land.(b) The deed of conveyance shall be approved by the governor and attested by the secretary of state.Acts 1949, ch. 163, § 2; C.
