If the golf course is located in a state park, but operated by a municipal or county government agency under contract with the department of environment and conservation, the department shall reimburse the operating agency for any green fees waived under [former] § 11-3-112 [repealed] and this section.Acts 1974, ch. 420, § 2; T.C.A., § 11-312.
