Section 12-2-102 - Inventory maintained by governor

The governor is authorized and directed to maintain a complete inventory of all state-owned property, together with necessary surveys, maps, photographs and appraisals, and one (1) copy thereof shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state, one (1) with the commissioner of general services, one (1) with the governor, and additional copies with such other public officials as the governor may designate so that the same may be made a part of the permanent records of the state. This inventory shall be added to from time to time as additional property is acquired by the state or by any agency thereof.Amended by 2013 Tenn.
