Section 12-2-107 - Copies of deeds certified by secretary of state

The secretary of state is authorized to issue certified copies of deeds to state-owned property which have been recorded in the secretary of state's office, and the same are declared to be admissible as evidence in any court of this state.Acts 1947, ch. 106, § 9; C.
