The commissioner of general services, on approval of the governor, is empowered to employ a qualified engineer and such other assistants as may be necessary to enable the commissioner to fully perform the duties and to execute the powers conferred by §§ 12-2-103 - 12-2-110.Amended by 2013 Tenn.
