A state employee who violates § 12-2-415 shall be punished by removal from employment in the state service and shall be prohibited from such employment for a period of five (5) years, in addition to the penalties provided in § 12-2-416.Acts 1976, ch. 799, § 3; T.C.A., § 12-251.
