Subject to rules of the central procurement office approved by the procurement commission, the central procurement office shall purchase or contract for all telephone, telegraph, electric light, gas, power, postal, and other services for which a rate for the use thereof has been established by a public authority, in such manner as the chief procurement officer deems to be in the best interest of the state.Added by 2013 Tenn.
