The repair or replacement of damaged or destroyed buildings and building contents shall include engineering and other services necessary for such an insurance program to be paid from the risk management fund created pursuant to § 9-8-109.Added by 2013 Tenn. Acts, ch. 403,s 82, eff. 7/1/2013.
