Section 12-4-302 - Determination of payment

For the purposes herein set out, payment shall be determined by the comptroller of the treasury in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the department of health pursuant to § 12-4-301, in consultation with the several state departments and agencies contracting with health care providers for services and the Tennessee Hospital Association.Acts 1961, ch. 117, § 2; 1963, ch. 289, § 1; T.C.A., § 12-426; Acts 1984, ch. 787, § 2.
