The department is authorized to establish policies and promulgate rules and regulations in furtherance of this part. All rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Added by 2018 Tenn. Acts, ch. 743,s 2, eff. 4/18/2018.
