Section 13-11-104 - Effect upon property acquisition

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating in any condemnation proceedings brought under the power of eminent domain, any element of value or of damage not in existence immediately prior to March 30, 1972.Acts 1972, ch. 608, § 4; T.C.A., § 13-1904.
