Section 13-18-107 - Meeting of joint review team - Timing - Notice

(a) After all involved state, local, and federal agencies have been identified, the joint review staff shall call a meeting of the joint review team.(b) Such meeting shall be called not more than six (6) weeks after the project is designated a major energy project, and the participants shall be given at least two (2) weeks notice of the meeting. The notice shall include the time, date and place of the meeting, the agenda to be considered, and any additional information needed to inform participants or the public of the purpose of the meeting. The notice shall be advertised in a newspaper of general circulation.Acts 1981, ch. 131, § 7.
