Section 13-18-128 - Statutory purpose - Liberal construction

This chapter is declared to be remedial in nature to reduce the reliance of Tennessee on imported energy products, and this chapter shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes and provide for the most rapid development of major energy projects consistent with public health and safety.Acts 1981, ch. 131, § 45.
