Section 13-19-103 - Exemptions

Buildings are exempt from this code as follows:(1) All nonresidential farm buildings;(2) All temporary buildings used exclusively for construction purposes; and(3) [Deleted by 2023 amendment.](4) Additions to one-family and two-family dwellings which:(A) Are less than ten percent (10%) of the square footage of the dwelling; and(B) Have more than fifty percent (50%) of the total outside wall and roof space composed of glass.Amended by 2023 Tenn.
