Section 13-20-103 - Meetings and residence of commissioners

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prevent meetings of the commissioners anywhere within the perimeter boundaries of the area of operation of the authority or within any additional area where the housing authority is authorized to undertake a housing project, nor to prevent the appointment of any person as a commissioner of the authority who resides within such boundaries or such additional area, and who is otherwise eligible for such appointment under this chapter.Acts 1935 (Ex.
