Section 13-23-111 - Chair and vice chair

The governor shall designate from those appointed members of the agency a member to serve as chair. The term of the chair shall extend to the earlier of either the date of expiration of such member's then current term as a member of the agency or a date six (6) months after the expiration of the then current term of the governor designating such chair.
