Section 13-23-126 - Authority to accept funds

(a) The agency is authorized to accept such moneys as may be appropriated from time to time by the general assembly for effectuating its corporate purposes including, without limitation, the payment of the initial expenses of administration and operation and the establishment of a reserve or contingency fund to be available for the payment of the principal of and the interest on any bonds or notes of the agency.(b) The agency is authorized to accept funds from any other legal and appropriate source for effectuating its corporate purposes.Acts 1973, ch. 241, § 16; T.C.A., § 13-2326; Acts 1988, ch. 900, § 8.
