Section 16-10-110 - Abatement of nuisances

The circuit court is clothed with all the powers of the chancery court to abate nuisances, in an action brought for recovery of damages resulting from a nuisance, upon the finding of a jury that the subject matter of a complaint is a nuisance, and judgment entered thereon.Code 1858, § 4235; Shan., § 6073; Code 1932, § 10328; T.C.A.
