Section 16-3-802 - Administrative director - Appointment - Salary

(a) The supreme court shall appoint the administrative director of the courts, who shall serve as the director of the administrative office of the courts. The administrative director shall serve at the pleasure of the supreme court.(b) The supreme court shall fix the salary of the administrative director of the courts at an amount not to exceed the salary paid to judges of the court of appeals.Acts 1993, ch. 65, § 2.
