Section 16-4-104 - Organizational meetings - Rules

At the first meeting of the court after the regular judicial election, the members of the court shall choose the presiding judge of the court of appeals and adopt rules of practice; and the presiding judge shall, on the request of a majority of the members, call meetings thereafter for the purpose of reconsidering or revising the rules.Acts 1925, ch. 100, § 7; Shan.
