Section 16-4-105 - Presiding judges

The entire court shall have one (1) presiding judge, chosen by the members of the court, and, when sitting in sections, each section shall at all times have a presiding judge to be chosen by its members.Acts 1925, ch. 100, § 6; Shan. Supp., § 6325a6; Code 1932, §10614; T.C.A. (orig. ed.), § 16-405.
