Section 17-2-103 - Powers of special supreme court judges

The special judges commissioned pursuant to § 17-2-102 shall hear and determine the causes in the commission set forth, and all such other causes during the same term, and shall have the same power and authority in those causes as the regular judges of the court.Code 1858, § 3920 (deriv.
