Section 17-2-104 - Sickness of judges of supreme court

In case of the sickness of any one (1) or more of the judges of the supreme court, the governor shall have the power to commission persons learned in law to fill the vacancy during the illness of the judge or judges.Acts 1868-1869, ch. 28, § 3; 1895, ch. 76, § 7; Shan., § 5725; mod.
