The provisions of this chapter in relation to the incompetency of judges and chancellors, and to the disposition of causes in which they are incompetent, shall equally apply to judges of the courts of general sessions, and the judges may interchange with each other when necessary for the dispatch of business.Code 1858, § 3925; Shan., § 5722; Code 1932, § 9908; modified; impl. am.
