(a) Each member of the commission shall be a citizen of the United States, shall be at least thirty (30) years of age, and shall have been a citizen of this state for at least five (5) years immediately prior to appointment.(b) Each attorney member shall be duly licensed to practice by the Tennessee supreme court.Added by 2016 Tenn.
