Section 17-4-307 - Compensation - Reimbursement for expenses

(a) Members of the commission shall not receive any compensation for their services but shall be reimbursed for their official travel expenses pursuant to policies and guidelines promulgated by the supreme court.(b) Subject to budgetary restrictions, the administrative office of the courts shall pay or reimburse the necessary expenses authorized or incurred by the commission in the performance of the duties pursuant to policies and guidelines promulgated by the supreme court.Added by 2016 Tenn.
