(a) When a judgment is required by order of a general sessions, circuit or chancery court, or by agreement of the parties, to be paid to the court through the applicable court clerk, the clerk, upon request of the debtor, shall provide the debtor with a copy of the judgment entered by the court or the agreement between the parties.(b) Upon the request of the debtor, the clerk shall provide the debtor with a receipt for any amount paid by the debtor to the clerk in discharge of the judgment or the agreement between the parties.
