The several courts may also require their clerks to give bond, in accordance with § 18-2-205, in such sum as the court deems sufficient to cover property or funds that may at any time come to the hands of the clerks as special commissioners or receivers, by appointment of the court or any judge of the court.Code 1858, § 328 (deriv.
