The bonds required in §§ 18-2-201 - 18-2-204, after being acknowledged before, approved and certified by the court, shall be entered upon the minutes within thirty (30) days, and shall then be recorded in the office of the county register of deeds and transmitted to the office of the county clerk for safekeeping.Amended by 2013 Tenn.
