Section 18-4-204 - Qualifications for office

The clerk of a general sessions court must be a qualified voter of the county and a resident of the county for one (1) year prior to the date of the qualifying deadline for running as a candidate for such office.Added by 2022 Tenn. Acts, ch. 809, s 9, eff. 9/1/2022.
