Section 2-1-111 - Oath of administrators of election laws

Each person charged with the administration of any part of the election laws of this state shall, before entering upon the performance of such duties, take the following oath:'I do solemnly swear (affirm) that I will support the Constitution and laws of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Tennessee, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of my office.'Acts 1972, ch. 740, § 1; T.C.A., § 2-111.
