The secretary of state shall file a copy of the previous year's consolidated report on the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Title I, § 101 (42 U.S.C. § 15301), funds and Title II, § 251 (42 U.S.C. § 15401), requirements and payments to the finance, ways and means committees of the senate and house of representatives, the fiscal review committee and the office of legislative budget analysis by February 1 of each year.
