Section 2-1-119 - Monitoring of elections by U

Any representative of the United Nations appearing without a treaty ratified by the United States senate stating that the United Nations can monitor elections in this state, shall not monitor elections in this state.Added by 2014 Tenn. Acts, ch. 807, s 1, eff. 4/25/2014.
